Tryon St Market Reward Club means that the Tryon St Market offers its members exclusive benefits and discounts.

1. “Benefits and Discount” means any benefits given to the Member.

2. “Member” means an individual who is a member of the Tryon St Market Reward Club.

3. “Website” refers to the website located at www.tryonstmarket.com where details of the Tryon St Market Reward Club (including the most up-to-date Terms and Conditions) can be found.

4. “Member card” refers to the digital membership card that must contain a valid QR code and membership number.

5. “Vouchers” are vouchers that can be redeemed against purchases.

6. “Technical Issues” means the technical malfunction of any telephone network, connection or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems, or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or intranet site.

7. “Terms and Conditions” mean these Terms and Conditions as updated on the Website.

Benefits and Discount

1. Members of the Tryon St Market Reward Club will be entitled to receive benefits and discounts based on their membership level (explained below).

2. One loyalty point equals one dollar that a member spends in the store after the membership card is activated.

3. In particular conditions, one dollar spend can equal more than one loyalty point regarding the latest announcement.

4. Not accept bulk buying.

5. Bronze Membership: 5% discount for the Member when their loyalty points are between 1000 - 1999.

6. Silver Membership: 7% discount for the Member when their loyalty points are between 2000 - 2999.

7. Gold Membership: 10% discount for the Member when their loyalty points reach 3000 and above.

8. Membership discounts only apply to a valid and activated member account.

9. Every valid 1000 points can be redeemed for $10 cash during annual prize redemption period (October).

10. During the annual prize redemption period (October), Members can get a chance to join Lucky Draw to redeem their valid loyalty point to the prize corresponding points amount.

○      Every 5000 points can redeem for a prize valued at $250.

○      Every 10000 points can redeem for a prize valued at $500.

○      Every 15000 points can redeem for a prize valued at $1000.

1. The first Tryon St Market Membership Year start from 14/10/2022 to 30/10/2023, a total of 52 weeks.

2. The loyalty points of each account you will clear at end of each membership year. All points will be expired after 21:00 on 30/10/2023.

3. All points redeem, such as cash redemption and prize redemption only valid before the clearance.

Members/Membership

1. Membership for the Tryon St Market Reward Club is open to individuals with a valid membership account.

2. An individual is deemed to be a member when they sign up in-store or online and or use their Tryon St Market loyalty account during a transaction.

3. Members may not transfer their accounts or benefits to another person.

4. Tryon St Market reserves the right to modify, refuse or terminate a Member’s account with the Tryon St Market Reward Club without notice or reason and at its absolute discretion.

5. At any time, Member can only have one membership to the Tryon St Market Reward Club and one corresponding Member number.

6. A Member can at any time terminate their membership by providing written notice to Tryon St Market. Member has the right to redeem their points for cash when they terminate the membership.

7. Members cannot have duplicate accounts, in doing so they are breaking loyalty terms and conditions and will have their accounts suspended immediately.

8. Tryon St Market reserves all rights for the final explanation of Tryon St Market Reward Club.
